July 2008- Congratulations Telluride Colorado!- "After four months of deliberation (and years of a preservation campaign) the Colorado Supreme Court ruled 6-1 in favor of the Town of Telluride in its long standing effort to acquire (and protect) the 570-acre gateway meadow known as the valley Floor (in it's natural state, protected from development)". It is an honor and pleasure to welcome Kimberly Welby as a member of the Core Solutions team as Eco-Advisor. Kimberly has an extensive background in Yoga. She completed her studies and became certified at The Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. She teaches Prana Vinyasa flow, Pregnant Goddess Yoga, restorative yoga among other practice. She has also studied and teaches infant and child yoga, Yin yoga, in addition to others. Kimberly has developed a style all her own in yoga that incorporates all practices into a therapeutic, restorative and beautiful class. Kimberly is an inaugural teacher of the Core Fusiontm classes at Exhale and is now a teacher trainer at Exhale. Kimberly has done extensive research and has a pure devotion to preserving our earth. She will be providing practical, simple ways to incorporate ecology into your life on this page. You can be assured they are well researched and personally tested.
